Minister calls for increased awareness on Real Estate Agency bill The Minister for Water Resources, Works and Housing, Dr Kwaku Agyeman-Mensah has called on the media and stakeholders in the housing sector to assist government to educate the public on the Real Estate Agency Bill currently before Parliament. He said the bill when passed will regulate the real estate agency practice and commercial transactions including the sale, rental and leasing of properties. It will also address challenges facing real estate developers in the execution of their projects such as acquisition of lands and permits. Dr Agyeman-Mensah said this when he cut the sod for the affordable housing project at Budumburam in Kasoa in the Central Region. GBC
