Police arrest five over MP’s killing

The Accra Regional Police Command has arrested five people in connection with the murder of the MP for Abuakwa North, Joseph Boakye Danquah Adu. 

At a news conference, the Accra Regional Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Afia Tenge, gave the assurance that personnel are seriously examining evidence gathered to help unravel the circumstances that led to the stabbing of the Legislator. 

She appealed to the public to volunteer information that will lead to the arrest and prosecution of the perpetrators.
