TOR resumes operations A source close to the Tema Oil Refinery, TOR, has confirmed the resumption of operations by the Refinery last Thursday whiles production work on the Residual Fluid Catalytic Cracking unit, RFCC has started working. According to the source, the resumption follows an agreement between the Refinery and the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation for the supply of crude oil for refining. Per the agreement, BOST is to secure the crude oil for the refinery for an undisclosed amount since TOR is still in debt. The source stated that they have started discharging about one million barrels of crude oil to facilitate production at the two plants. GBC
