We must do away with Historical grievances, discrimination, marginalization along ethnic, gender, religious, cultural and racial divisions, poverty, underdevelopment, competition over natural resources, authoritarian and undemocratic regimes, and inability to resolve differences constructively are among the factors that often lead to violent conflicts.
