Food Stock Situation In Upper East Region Good – Expert

A Principal Research Officer in charge of the Agriculture Research Station at Manga in the Upper East Region, Dr Roger Kanton, says the food stock situation in the region is good despite the erratic rainfall pattern last year. 

Although he could not provide figures, Dr Kanton said there are enough cereals such as maize, cow pea and millet on the market. 

On the tomato glut in the Upper East Region, Dr Kanton suggested a road map. He also called for policy decision to address the situation immediately.
