Minister of Trade and Industries, Dr. Ekwow Spio Garbrah,asked Ministry of Food and Agriculture to conduct scientific research

The Minister of Trade and Industries, Dr. Ekwow Spio Garbrah, has asked the Ministry of Food and Agriculture to conduct scientific research and provide  data which would specify the tonnage  per acre of land  for non traditional crops.

That way , farmers would be informed about what their profit margins will be when they venture into farming . 

Dr.Garbrah said this at the first cashew dialogue in Accra.
