Teachers need to be motivated:Dr. Koby Mensah

Commenting on government`s plans of recruiting nine thousand teachers in the education sector, a Political Marketing Strategist, Dr. Koby Mensah said what matters most is not the recruitment of personnel but how to institute a sustainable motivation mechanism for teachers.

Speaking on Behind the News, Dr. Mensah suggested that a regular capacity building programme should be instituted for teachers to sustain their interest and enhance their skills.
