Chieftaincy institution upgrades its members in skills and expertise

The Chieftaincy Institution is upgrading the skills and expertise of its members. This is to make them abreast of modern trends of governance to make the institution more relevant.

The Consulting Director of Otumfuo Centre for Traditional Leadership, Alhaji Lepowura MND Jawula speaking at a chieftaincy conference in Accra said, the move is to ensure that challenges facing the institution such as conflict and land administration are addressed to ensure that chieftaincy does not lose its relevance within the modern system of governance.
