Lawyers briefed on location of courts at new complex The Judicial Service has organised a ceremony in Accra to brief lawyers on the location of courts in the new court complex. The complex was inaugurated last Friday by President Mahama. The lawyers were also informed about the transitional period and the assignment of cases. Radio Ghana gathered that in the next two weeks, no cases will be struck out by judges on grounds that the parties were absent during the transition period. While some judges will be hearing their old cases and new ones, others will handle both old and inherited cases to make up for the short fall of judges. On Monday there were some difficulties as lawyers and clients tried locating their courts at the complex. GBC
