Series of interventions to sustain National Sanitation Day underway

The Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development on the advice of President Mahama has begun a series of interventions to sustain the National Sanitation Day.

The Deputy Minister, Nii Lantey Vanderpuye who disclosed this to Radio Ghana said going forward the Regional Coordinating Councils, RCCs are mandated to oversee the exercise. 

He explained to Radio Ghana that the action is part of a process to decentralise the National Sanitation Day.
