VEEP Inspects lake Transport Vehicles 

Vice President Kwesi-Amissah Arthur has inspected four vessels procured by government for the transportation of goods and services to and from the more than 700 island communities dotted along the Volta River.

He described the four ferries as superb machines and appealed to the authorities at the Volta Lake Transport Company and the Ministry of Transport to expedite the various stages of testing and get them inaugurated on time for people to 
to use.
