Muslim scholar warns against fundamentalist doctrines 

A Muslim Scholar, Sheik Aremeyaw Shiabu, says there is an urgent need for serious scrutiny of the content of messages Islamic scholars present on Radio and Television.

Same must also apply to teachings in the various mosques across the country. 

Speaking on UNIIQ'S Breakfast Drive with George Sappor, he said the various mosques are vulnerable because they are opened for all manner of Muslim preachers who are most times not known. 

He added that, for security reasons, now is the time to be worried about the current happenings with regards to young people joining militant groups.
