Compile New Credible Voters’ Register For 2016 – Nduom

The Progressive People's Party says a new credible voters’ register must be compiled for the 2016 election. 

The Party's leader, Dr Paa Kwesi Nduom in an interview with Radio Ghana says the EC must not be the body to give a database for the register but rather the National Identification Authority. 

His comments follow calls by the NPP for a new voters register. 

Dr Paa Kwesi Nduom says NIA must be resourced to provide the correct database as the EC's data may be flawed. 

On the Nkrumaist alliance, Dr Paa Kwesi Ndoum said what could be possible is not an alliance but a coalition government. 

He told Radio Ghana that based on his experience an alliance or merger may not work. 

He said by the end of this month the Executive will meet to get ready for the 2016 election.
