Presidential Press Corps Accident: NMC visits family of Samuel Nuamah

The National Media Commission (NMC) has described as inappropriate and unfortunate the situation where photos of the fatal accident of the Presidential Press Corp were circulated before the victim's families even got to know of it. 

Speaking to the media after a visit to the victims at the 37 Military Hospital, the Chairman of the NMC, Kabral Blay-Amihere, expressed his condolence to the family of the late Samuel Nuamah.  

He stressed that the bereaved family should have been informed first before the photos of the deceased were splashed on various media platform.

Also present at the hospital were religious leaders including representatives of the Chief Imam and Rev. Dr. Lawrence Tetteh, an International Evangelist.
