Tepa: Cocoa seedlings

About 500 thousand cocoa seedlings have been distributed to registered cocoa farmers under the Cocoa Seed Supply facility. Cocoa farmers in the Tepa Cocoa  District raised three hundred and 56 thousand hybrid seedlings to be supplied-free of charge - to farmers. Cocoa is the mainstay of the economy accounting for more than half of the country's foreign exchange earnings.
