Ten Ghanaians to benefit from $1.22m Japanese grant Ten young promising Ghanaian public officials and students are to benefit from a 1.22 million dollar grant for Human Resource Development. The grant is to complement government's Education Strategic Plan. The students will pursue master’s degrees in public health, economics, agriculture and energy at various universities in Japan.
