Three regions of the north to benefit from Climate Change adaptation Fund

Ten districts across the three regions of the north are to benefit from the Climate Change adaptation Fund. This follows a Vulnerability Assessment carried out in 2007 that mentioned the north as the worst affected when it comes to climate change.

The Head, Climate Change and Sustainable Development Unit, at the Ministry of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation, Peter Dery, said eight point two million dollars is being given to the ten districts by the UNDP.
