Ghana joins global community to mark World Refugee Day 

Today is World Refugee Day. The day is set aside to honour the courage, resilience and determination of 50 million people who were forced to flee their homes under threat of persecution, conflict and violence. 

In Ghana, the day was on Thursday commemorated at the Egyeikrom Refugee Camp in the Central Region with an open durbar and exhibition put together by the refugees.
