Access to clean water linked to Millennium Goal 7 achievement

Ghana's bid to achieve Millennium Goal Seven, will be successful with the improvement of access to clean water and sanitation.

Speaking at the First Water Citizens Forum in Accra, a Programme Officer of the European Union, EU, Herve Delsol said although Ghana has made significant progress in providing accessible water to 80 per cent of its population, some citizens still use water from unsafe sources.
