Finance Minister urges development of needed infrastructure for businesses to thrive

The Minister of Finance, Seth Terkper has challenged African leaders to improve the quality of governance and develop the needed infrastructure for business to thrive.

He said Africa has no option but to work towards a continent that is more integrated by moving away from export of primary products to an industrialised one.

Mr. Terkper made these remarks at the opening of the 37th Annual General Meeting of Africa Reinsurance Corporation in Accra.
