China lends support to Tanzania's anti-corruption drive The Chinese government has donated information technology equipment worth 1.5 million dollars to Tanzania's anti-corruption watchdog to support the fight against corruption in the East African country. The Director General of the Prevention and Combating of Corruption Bureau of Tanzania, Edward Hoseah, said the donation is a clear testimony of closer friendship between the two countries. Chinese Ambassador to Tanzania Lu Youqing said the two countries are working together to promote the fight against corruption. XINHUA
