All Schools asked to re-open today

All Schools are being directed to re-open today following the closure of schools due to floods and fire that occurred on Thursday where at least 200 people lost their lives.

Below is the Full Statement

Following our prior notice last Thursday that schools be closed till further notice, we wish to announce the return to normalcy and that all schools should be re-opened from today Monday the 8th of June 2015.

We request full compliance and ask that heads of institutions remain on the alert for any further communication as and when we are advised by the Meteorological Department and NADMO.
