NPP says date for Parliamentary primaries remains unchanged The NPP says its 2015 Parliamentary Primaries will come off on 13th June 2015 as scheduled. A statement signed by the party's General Secretary, Kwabena Agyepong, says preparations for the elections are far advanced except in constituencies where requests for postponement have been granted, upon application by the Regional Executives. They include Bia East, Bia West, Juaboso, Akontombra-Western, Nadowli-Kaleo and Nkwanta South. Parliamentary primaries in the Klottey Korle, Obom-Domeabra and Akrofuom Constituencies have been put on hold, pending the determination of cases referred to the National Appeals Committee. The Electoral Commission is currently printing notices of poll and ballot papers for the primaries. Constituency Election Committees are to liaise with the district directors of the Electoral Commission for the selection of appropriate venues for the primaries. GBC
