2 killed, 11 injured as protests continue in Burundi Two protesters were shot dead by the Police and 11 others seriously injured in separate incidents in the Burundian capital Bujumbura during protests against the third term bid of President Pierre Nkurunziza. According to the Red Cross rescue teams counted two dead persons in Musaga and Ngagara neighborhoods, and evacuated 11 others seriously injured to hospital. Eye witness reports confirmed that the incidents took place when police fired live bullets against protestors they attempted to disperse. More than 25 persons have been killed since protests against Nkurunziza's third term bid broke out on April 26, in some neighborhoods of Bujumbura. XINHUA
