'Sinking Fund' To Help Gov't Repay Loans - Mona Quartey


A Deputy Minister of Finance, Mona Quartey is confident that measures put in place by the Ministry are prudent as the economy is picking up again after major setbacks. 

Speaking in relation to the announcement by the Finance Minister, Seth Tekper, on the setting up of a "Sinking Fund," Madam Quartey said the fund will enable Government to repay loans and also boost investor confidence.
