Election results: Conservatives win majority

The UK's Conservative Party led by David Cameron has won a majority in Parliament, taking 326 of 650 seats. 

Three party leaders resigned after yesterday's election, including opposition Labour Party Ed Miliband and Liberal Democrat leader, Nick Clegg. 

Cameron is expected to give a statement from Downing Street after meeting with Queen Elizabeth at Buckingham Palace, a formal step toward forming a new government.
