The Daily Graphic calls for a rethink of the National Sanitation strategy. It says the poorly patronized National Sanitation clean up last Saturday clearly shows that Ghanaians are not buying into it. To the paper, the involvement of Chiefs, Opinion Leaders, Transport Unions and other civil society groups by the Ministry of Local government and rural development will go a long way to whip the interest of the public. 

The Ghanaian Times welcomes its new Managing Director Carol Annang, who is to steer the affairs of the corporation for the next four years. According to the paper, after almost two years in search of a Managing Director, the appointment of Ms Annang, has filled the vacuum created over the years. It says the new MD is coming on board with a rich background in administration, accounting and marketing. The paper hopes she would use her experience in managerial practice to help address the challenges facing the corporation. 

The Today Newspaper warns GFA that the Nation does not need another Brazil fiasco as the Black Stars attempts to chase a fifth continental trophy at the AFCON 2015 in Equatorial Guinea. It asks the GFA and the entire Black Stars' players to put their house in order to redeem their sinking image and win back the confidence of Ghanaians.
