ICAG, CIPFA sign pact to strengthen Ghana's economy In a bid to promote good public financial management practices in the country, the Institute of Chartered Accountants ICAG, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Institute of Finance and Accountancy, CIPFA. The collaboration between the two institutions will give Ghana leverage on resources and expertise from CIPFA, and build capacity to tackle its economic challenges. Speaking at the signing ceremony in Accra, the President of the Institute, Professor Kwame Omane-Antwi, said the move will strengthen Ghana's economy, increase output, and help officials in the sector to manage funds and resources effectively.
