Police Command Sets Up Security Check Points in Bawku 

Following sporadic shooting incidents in Bawku yesterday and this morning, the Police Command in the area is setting up security check points at various places closer to communities to avert further disturbances. 

In an interview with George Sarpoh on Uniiq Breakfast Drive, the Bawku Divisional Police Commander, Lovelace Jefuta, said from critical analysis, it is suspected that  the killings have no link to any tribal conflict in the area but are rather being carried out by some  criminals 

He however said investigations are on-going.
