1. It is my profound wish and innermost desire to finaaly live to see a re-institution of a special Fund to promote Youth Economic Empowerment and Livelihhod( YEEL).
I have the singular and moral obligation and commitment to commend and congratulate the President and the entire Government of the day, and the Youth Ministry and the Nnational Youth Authority for this noble initiative

Youth Self-Employment Creation Initiatives are inhredients for ensuring youth well-being, and therefore the YES Initiative is indeed and affirmatively speaking to theUN;s Youth Empoyment Nnetwork (YEN) Policies which Ghana is a party to.
All those expressing failure of the initiative are by speaking from professional point of view, and employing princi[plkes of Youth Ppsychology are rather Enemies and Foes and Wreckers of the Youth population.

To me, as a professional Youth In Development Ppractitioner/Worker their attitudes to this laudable initiative is deemed as ANTAGONISTIC OPPOSITIONIM, which will not yield any political points in their favour from the youth front, but rather they building pyramids of Hatred from the Youth cohort, because they youth would see them as Political Profets of Doom, who would not dream and think anything positive, afirmative and sustainsable for them( the youth)

When I was the Kumasi Mmetropolitan Youth Co-ordinatir of the Nnational Youth Councvil, I introduced a programme called FREE TRADE APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME( FREETAP), which taergeted and benefitted over 150 street youth and yong-people from por households in Kumasi and Bosomntwe Diustrict, and soe I have come across are in gainful self-employment

I sold the idea to the Government of President Kuffour and the NPP Administrationb and culminated in the institution of the SKILLS TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMME( STYEP),but whci the NPP Administration could see to its sustainability.

I then sold the idea of creation of a special Fund to support stsrt-up micro enterprises of the skilful youth, and cullminated into the institution of the Nnational Youth und(NYF),still under the Kuffour-
