Attorney General's Department Struggles To Find Documents For Judgement Debt Cases

The Attorney Generals Department has again failed to furnish the Judgement Debt Commission with requested documents to assist the work of the commission on some cases. 

The Chief State Attorney, Dorothy Afriyie Ansah, was expected to provide documents on four Judgment debt cases involving billions of cedis but told the commission the dockets have not been located. 

She said efforts are still being made to find the documents in question.
