Prof. Mike Ocquaye Propose The Establishment Of West African Electoral Commission Former Second Deputy Speaker of Parliament Professor Mike Ocquaye has proposed the establishment of a West African Electoral Commission to regulate electoral activities in the sub-region. This he said will save the country lot of money and also eliminate the situation where foreigners vote in elections. He said this in a presentation made on his behalf by former National Chairman of NPP Peter Mac Manu at a National Stakeholders workshop in Accra.
