Ghana Airport Company Lands Under Encroachment Management of the Ghana Airport Company has expressed worry about encroachment on airport lands which is undermining safety and security as well as the potential for future expansion of airports. The Acting Managing Director, Charles Asare, attributed the activities of encroachers to lack of title deeds to the lands and appealed to National Security to assist in addressing the problem. He made this known at the company's 2nd Annual General meeting in Accra. Meanwhile,the Ghana Airports Company says it is embarking on a sensitization campaign on the deadly Ebola disease. The Acting Managing Director of the Company, Charles Asare tells Radio Ghana that an isolation centre has been created at the airport to attend to emergency cases with regards to the disease. He said the company is also collaborating with the Airport Clinic to provide information to the public and sanitizers to protect passengers at the airport as a whole. Source: GBC
