Gender Minister Calls for Partnership in Policy & Regulatory Framework on Volunteerism 

The Minister of Gender, Children and Social Protection, Nana Oye Lithur , has called on Civil Society and the private sector to partner government to put in place a favourable policy and regulatory framework on volunteerism.  

She said volunteerism is one of the building blocks of society hence the need to encourage it. 

Mrs. Lithur said this when she inaugurated a thirteen-member National Planning Committee to see to the establishment of a National Volunteer facility in Accra
