TOR and VALCO Boards 


The Minister of Energy and Petroleum, Emmanuel Armah Kofi Buah says considering what happened the past few weeks over shortage of petroleum products, government is in partnership with a strategic company to bring in capital to ensure constant supply of crude for TOR to process.  

The Minister said this when he inaugurated the TOR and VALCO Boards in Accra.
