Wengerocracy
There is a form of government the majority can teach that is called wengerocracy where the people watch the ruler entirely amongst their reign. You can pick the leader in a democracy to tell you what is going on or you can watch the leader to know what is going on. Imagine a brainwashed majority that wants to pick you to tell them whats going on instead of a majority that wants to watch you to know what is going on. This is Africa but we Africans are not dumb we know when we are brainwashed.
