Retired Teacher
The days Teye is talking about were when teachers were respected and held in high esteem. Teachers were taken care of by the whole community then. I remember at my first station as young teacher I had more than enough to eat and take care of my old mother. Gone are those days. Now to quote Super OD in one of their Osofo 
Dadzie episodes, "Who has ever seen teacher corporation bus before?" Government must be more sensitive to teachers' plight. Teachers stay at home until something better is done not just promised. After all "edebiiii keke"
