Ministry completes draft bill to regulate activities of real estate companies

The Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing, has completed a draft bill to be forwarded to Cabinet to regulate the activities of real estate development companies.
 
The Director of Housing at the Ministry, Alhaji Yahya Yakubu who disclosed this at a meeting with the Residents Association of Devtraco Estates near Tema, said the bill has become necessary in view of some infractions by real estate agencies in recent times.
