Fmr Minister files suit to restrain EC from creating additional 45 constituencies 

Ayikoi Otoo prevents Electoral Commission, EC from going ahead to create additional 45 constituencies.

Former Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Ayikoi Otoo has filed a fresh suit at the Supreme Court to restrain the Electoral Commission from going ahead to create additional 45 constituencies.

He accuses the Commission of perpetuating an illegality by creating constituencies. 
Speaking on Radio Ghana's "Behind the News" Mr. Otoo condemned the EC for supervising the NDC primaries that seek to get Parliamentary candidates to contest the proposed constituencies.
