Hannah Tetteh on port congestion

The Minister for Trade and Industry, Hannah Tetteh, has also expressed government’s willingness to address congestion and infrastructural development of the country's ports.

She said, about five hundred million dollars out of the three billion-dollar Chinese loan from the Chinese Development Bank has been channelled to fund the upgrading of the Takoradi Harbour to help reduce pressure on Tema Harbour.

Madam Tetteh was addressing the Association of Ghana Industries program on Congestion at the Ports in Accra.
