Solar Traffic Light 

As the world searches for alternative sources of energy, electric power from the sun commonly called solar energy is becoming more and more popular. The government has installed solar powered traffic light in parts of the capital, Accra. It is expected that with time most if not all traffic lights in the country will be solar powered. This could be an end to the over-reliance on hydro and thermal energy which is in short supply and more expensive.
