GAAS launches Best Science Reporters Awards

The Ghana Academy of Arts and Sciences, GAAS, on Tuesday launched the Award for the Best Science Journalist to support the Ghana Journalists Association's Awards ceremony scheduled for Saturday 25th August 2012.

Speaking at the launch, the President of the Academy, Professor Francis Allotey said, the Award is aimed at strengthening media coverage of scientific issues as well as create awareness of the Academy and its activities.
