Muslim leaders urged to advice their youth against causing problem towards December polls The Effutu Constituency parliamentary candidate of the Progressive People’s Party (PPP), Nana Ofori Owusu, has called on Muslim leaders to advise their youth against giving themselves out to be used by politicians to cause trouble during the December polls. He said, Muslim youth should protect their image and ignore people who might induce them to create confusion before, during and after the general polls. Nana Owusu said, this when he and the constituency executives of the party paid a courtesy call on the Winneba Zongo Chief and Elders to congratulate them for a successful Ramadan. Nana Ofori said, past and current members of parliament for the area had executed numerous development projects in the Effutu Municipality, yet the people still live in hardships. He said the PPP, when voted to power, would work hard to free the people from hardship and gave Four Hundred Ghana cedis towards the celebration of the Eid-Ul-Fitr. GBC
