Abantu hails election of woman as TUC Chairperson

Abantu for Development has hailed the election of Madam Georgina Opoku Amankwaa as the Chairperson of the TUC.  

Speaking to GBC's Radio Ghana, the Programme Manager of Abantu, Hellen Eyison Dzah said Madam Opoku Amankwaa election is a vote of confidence in the ability of women in the discharge of their duties. 

She therefore pledged the support of the Organisation for Madam Opoku Amankwaa and urged her to be steadfast.
