President John Mahama Receives Rousing Welcome At Kasoa As He Begins A visit To The Central And Western Regions 

President John Mahama has begun a visit to the Central and Western regions to say thank you to Ghanaians for the support they extended to government to give late President Mills a befitting funeral. 

On his way to the Central Regional Capital Cape Coast, President Mahama and his team stopped over at Kasoa to address the Chiefs and people. 

He said the team started the tour in the Central Region to honour the late President. 

President Mahama asked the people to imbibe the virtues that President Mills exhibited especially during this electioneering. 

According to our Presidential Correspondent, President Mahama was received by a tumultuous crowd who sang and cheered him. 

The members of the President's team include: the Chief of Staff John Martey Newman, the NDC's National Chairman Dr Kwabeng Adjei and the Central Regional Minister Mrs Ama Benyiwa Doe.
