Actionaid to launch fund raising to support local development

Actionaid Ghana will launch local fund raising in November to support some local developments in the country.  

The Country Director, Adwoa Kluvitse, announced this at a human rights based capacity building training for media practitioners in Accra.  

She noted that poverty is a violation of people's human rights and called for an end to the marginalisation and discrimination associated with human rights violations.  

Madam Kluvitse said Actionaid Ghana is committed to ending injustice and poverty in deprived communities.
