Ghana Integrity Initiative cites NDC of incumbency abuse The Ghana Integrity Initiative (GII) has accused NDC of using State resources to gain political advantage over other political parties. A report by the GII in collaboration with the Ghana Center for Democratic Development CDD, Ghana and the Ghana Anti Corruption Coalition, GACC, cited incidents in four regions namely Brong Ahafo, Volta, Western, Central and Eastern Regions where the party took advantage of incumbency to campaign for electoral votes. Speaking at a News Conference on the Report on the Monitoring of Abuse of Incumbency Project in Ghana's 2012 elections, the Executive Director of GII, Vitus Azeem insists equal access by political parties to the use of State Media resources as enshrined in the Constitution.
