Funeral Planning Committee Requests red and black draping to be maintained until 40 days

The Funeral Planning Committee has requested that all red and black draping of public buildings and public places be maintained until the customary 40 days is observed. 

All those who clad their vehicles and homes with red and black in the difficult times are also respectfully encouraged to do same.
