ARC Ghana unhappy at foreigners rendering services without licence The Architects Registration Council of Ghana has registered its displeasure at the manner in which some foreigners are rendering services in the country without acquiring licences from the Council. It says the practise contravenes the decree that established the Council in 1969. Speaking to Radio Ghana, the Acting Registrar of the Architects Registration Council of Ghana,Stella Arthiaba noted that the act has also encouraged the breeding of quack practitioners into the profession. She said as a stop gap measure, a multi-sectoral monitoring committee will soon be instituted to bring some sanity into the profession. GBC NEWS
