Hanna Tetteh in support to Amissah Arthur as Vice President

The Minister for Trade and Industry, Hanna Tetteh, has described the selection of the Governor of the Bank of Ghana, Paa Kwesi Amissah Arthur, for the position of Vice President as a good choice.

In a statement copied to the GNA, Madam Tetteh said President John Mahama has made a very good choice and added that she had had the pleasure of knowing 
Mr. Amissah Arthur for a number of years and could say with confidence that he is competent, knowledgeable, experienced and a fine gentleman.

She said Mr Amissah-Arthur was a great friend of the late President John Evans Atta Mills, and his commitment to the National Democratic Congress is unequivocal.

Madam Tetteh said she will always be loyal and steadfast in her support to the President, the new Vice-President and the National Democratic Congress as she looks forward to working with them to continue to develop the country and improve the lives of Ghanaians.
